CHANGE: IT STARTS WITH ME

"Kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan." This saying means a lot. Youth had the great role in the progress of our nation. How can a lady like me do something for our nation.

All of us aim for a better and more progress nation. as a student, I will first focus on my studies so that I will graduate with flying colors. After I graduated and have my chosen field of profession, I will find my job so that even just a few salary at least I can contribute to the income of our country.

As member of our community,I will join campaigns that focus on the beautification, cleanliness and orderliness of our community. By that I can first start the change in our community. After that, I'm now ready to help people outside our community.

But then, I can only these things if I will start with myself and in our home. I will first do these things right in our home before I will share it to other people. And of course, I can't do these things without the help of our Almighty Father. Don't lose hope. Just heve faith.

THIRD GRADING REFLECTIONS

Three grading periods down, one more to go and all we need is to sweat more and strive harder.
Yes! Last one grading period to face and at last I'll be graduating soon. As I look back to the happenings from the past gradingd, I acquired a lot of things that molds me to a better person.

During the third grading, I learned so many things like the web designing, work on the microsoft frontpage and also hyperlinks. To be honest at first I dont know how to work on microsoft but then I realize that there's no harm if I'll try and learn how to manipulate the computer. I asked the help of my groupmates and some of my classmates to teach me how to work on the computer until I got it right. Thanks God.

I can work now on our computer, I stored some knowledge but then I'm not yet that expert one. There are also things which I do not yet know.

I won't stop searching and looking for the best solutions of the things which I do not yet know.

No pain, no gain......sacrifice..sacrifice...sacrifice....

True Essence of Christmas

In the Christmas church, annual festival, held on December 25, to celebrate the Nativity, or birth of Christ. Christmas Festivals incorporate pagan customs, such as the use of holly, mistletoe, Yule logs, and wassail bowls.

As we are about to enter the month of December, the first thing that comes to our mind is that we are celebrating the birth of our LORD JESUS CHRIST. As an honor to Him, we creates different christmas songs. We can express the true essence of christmas: LOVE, PEACE, SHARING and GIVING by singing those christmas songs.

As the sons and daughters of our Lord Jesus Christ, we should love each other like his love to us. We should also observe cooperation and unity to attain peace especially on Christmas. And the last but not the least, we should give/share whatever we have. We should help the people especially those who are in need. We must do all these to feel the essence of Christmas.

Pagpapatibay ng Pagkataong Pilipino Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon

November is the 3rd ber-months. November is also the month that we celebrate all Souls Day and All Saints Day.

Our school celebrated the Values Month with the theme: "Pagpapatibay ng Pagkataong Pilipino tugon sa hamon ng Panahon". In connection to this there are lots of activities prepared by the Values Club of our school. Some of these activities are poster making, sayawit, kite-flying, tagis-talino, slogan and cookfest. Thse activities are very nice because it helps us Filipinos to enhance or develop our hidden talents that helps us to become a true Filipino.

November is over and we are now on the month of December, the Christmas Season..!!!!!

HTML is a big deal

Ni Hao!!! Second Grading is over. Let's tackle some of our eruditions this grading period.

For the duration of the previous two months, I have learned all about HTML. I learned on how to make use of the NOTEPAD. Also I learned the uses of different tags. We also continued making our complicated blogs.

Dilemma is inevitable, and I cannot deny the fact that I encountered some of them. But through the assistance of my beloved fellas I really overcome those dilemma. So I do hope that they will linger invariable through the years.

I will strive my very best to partake in the discussion. So that I can do all activities required.

My Teacher, My Hero

A beautiful, nice, approachable, jolly, gorgeous, charming. the adviser of the Supreme Student Government, a teacher of Ilocos Sur National High School, the adviser of IV-Jacinto. She is no other than, Mrs. Editha T. Giron, my teacher in Araling Panlipunan.

I really admired her because of her great deeds or fine qualities. She can easily adjust herself to bind with the different kind of people. She can also sacrifice her time and dedicate herself just for her service and work eventhough have not enough time to bond with her son and also to her family and friends. She is also very loyal in service. She even do the overtime just for rushing some important things that may also help us student in gaining more knowledge.

She also shows a great courage. She shows strength of mind that makes one able to meet danger and difficulties with firmness. She can face some of her problems with firmness and evetually come up with the best solutions. She can manage herself.

These are the types of teacher I want to. That's why I am now considering Ma'am Giron as my hero. She will be my inspiration to study harder.

Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for Development

Science and Technology aims to develop scientific conciousness and scientific literacy among us to help improve our lives and also the people around us.

In our world today, there are lot of things which we don't have for the many years ago. Because of Science there are lot of inventions which greatly help in doing our everyday tasks. Some inventions makes our work easier and faster. This prove that we are now undergoing development.

We should be aware of the origins and development of the concepts that make up today's scientific body of knowledge. We should also realize how science and technology affect our lives. Scientific literacy should be evident not only in the student's ability to read and understand scientific literature, but also in our capability to apply what we learn. We should appreciates the latest developments in Science and we understand the consequences of scientific and technological development.

Science and scientific learning are above all activity-oriented. Students, grasp the scientific and technological concepts and developments. Many of the problems one society faces in this millenium need the action of energetic and scientifically-minded people, so, we should appreciate SCIENCE!!!!!!
